Sunday 4/23 @ 1:00 PM – Super Hero 5K Fun Run / Walk at Linfield’s Wellness Trail. An organized place to practice running and walking skills.
Tuesday 4/25 @ 5:15 – 6:00 PM – Wildcat Workout – Family Fitness Night at Linfield’s Upper Gym! Come find out how to get a great workout using just your own body weight (no equipment necessary).
Thursday 4/27 @ 5:15 – 6:00 PM – Yoga Night at Linfield’s Upper Gym! Come learn how to reduce stress, relax, and stretch out those muscles while practicing some yoga poses. Bring a mat if you have one (but it’s okay if you don’t!).
