What: Join Sydney, our favorite kid's yoga instructor, for a very special kids mindfulness & movement class!

Sydney will start each class with some mindfulness practices and then transition to an age appropriate yoga flow or movement games, ending class in a restful state and a closing reflection.

Kids will leave feeling calmer & stronger in mind & body.
Teens will also learn mindfulness, breathing techniques, and practical tools for stress & anxiety management.

Join the See Ya Later Foundation for a their first Go Be Great Jiu Jitsu Camp!

SYL and Impact Jiu Jitsu are thrilled to welcome you to the fascinating world of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) through our brief introductory camp.

Have you ever thought about how to respond if you were attacked physically? Do you feel the need to learn self-defense techniques to protect yourself or someone you care about?

On day one, the focus will be on foundational Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) movements, setting the stage for various submissions. Day two will introduce submissions and their importance in BJJ for recreation and self-defense, emphasizing that Jiu-Jitsu is accessible to all, regardless of gender, age, size, or shape. BJJ is a dynamic martial art that offers self-defense, MMA opportunities, and a fulfilling hobby. Participants will gain insights into the practicality and excitement of BJJ within just a few hours. Camp Director/MC: John Goforth & TJ Alexander

When: 12/7 & 12/8 - 9-11am

Who: Ages 7-17
Limit 100 spots per session

SYL's “Go Be Great" Culinary Camp will be a combination of education and fun. The driving force begins with a passion for food and quality ingredients. The focus, however, will be on food safety, proper food handling, sanitation, kitchen safety, knife skills, understanding recipes, herb/spice identification, cooking techniques, time management, and of course creativity. Whether these young cooks decide to pursue a career in the culinary field or not, this will be an experience that will develop skills that kids can carry with them for the rest of their lives.

Learn about the benefits of taking care of your body and focusing on health & fitness. This event will be led by Whitney Padilla, a certified personal trainer and owner of PNW Training. Whitney has a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. The camp will consist of bodyweight training and physical exercises that the campers can do on their own with little or no equipment. There will also be some fun games that will reinforce and encourage physical activity. Learn how to make fitness fun, accessible & enjoyable!
